Vishal (M.R.N) Souhard Pattin Sahakari Sangh Niyamit., Jamakhandi was established with the noble vision of serving the people of our district and strengthening their financial independence. This institution is inspired by the leadership and visionary thinking of Dr. Murugesh R. Nirani, Former Industries Minister and Chairman of MRN (Nirani) Group, whose commitment to regional development and public welfare has been a guiding force behind this initiative.
Dr. Murugesh R. Nirani envisioned a cooperative financial institution that would empower the common people, especially farmers, small traders, workers, and middle-class families, by providing them with accessible, transparent, and reliable financial services. His vision was to create a strong financial support system at the local level that promotes self-reliance, encourages entrepreneurship, and improves the economic stability of the community.

Our Souhard operates on the principles of cooperation, transparency, and service to society. The institution is registered under the Karnataka Souharda Sahakari Act, 1997, and functions in accordance with the rules and regulations governing Souharda cooperative institutions.

The institution is proudly guided by the leadership of Shri Murugesh R. Nirani, Chairman of MRN Group of Companies and Former Industries Minister, Government of Karnataka, Under his visionary leadership, the organization continues to strengthen its financial services and expand opportunities for the community.
The organization is also led by President Shri Sangamesh R. Nirani, whose guidance and support play a vital role in the growth and smooth functioning of the institution.

Within a short span since its establishment, Vishal MRN Souhard Pattin Sahakari Sangh Ni, Jamkhandi has achieved significant growth. The institution has successfully expanded its operations and established a network of 10 branches, providing convenient banking services to members and customers.

Initially, the Souhard had permission to operate within three districts, but due to its strong performance, compliance, and service to the community, the institution has now received State Level Permission to operate branches across Karnataka (exclude Kolar District). This milestone marks an important step in our journey towards expanding financial services to a wider community.Over the years, our Souhard has earned the trust of members and customers by maintaining transparency, professionalism, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. With a dedicated management team and experienced staff, we continuously strive to improve our services and expand our reach to serve the community better.
